How about proposing insane people be institutionalized? They walk the streets now and do need CONTROLLED care.
How about proposing school teachers that volunteer be trained and made School Marshals?
How about proposing schools have guarded entrances and exits (which also stop pedophiles and kidnappers?)
Guns? What if the nuts had used gasoline fire bombs? Ban gas? Ban glass bottles? Or propane tank bombs? Ban outdoor grills?
