Wife, son of Central Heights ISD board member arrested on drug charges
The wife and son of Central Heights ISD board member Travis Russell were arrested on drug charges.
Russell said his family and friends were shocked when his wife, Pamela Russell, was arrested at their home Friday.
“This has kind of turned our world upside down, we don’t understand what is going on,” Travis Russell said. “But I still have the utmost respect for law enforcement.”
Pamela Russell was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree felony manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance and one count of state felony manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance. The combined total of her bonds was $12,500.
While Travis Russell has been advised by an attorney not to speak about the specifics of the case, he said the people in his family are the same today as they were yesterday and 10 years ago.
