LONGVIEW — Tyler Police tell KFXK, Sheena Bradford has been released from Good Shepherd hospital in Longview, where she was being treated after a botched breast augmentation put her in critical condition.

On February 19th, Bradford's family members contacted the Tyler Police Department to report that she had received the injection on February 15th, and was experiencing severe chest pains.

The procedure was allegedly conducted by Carmel Foster, owner of the Queen Divas Hair Salon and Spa on E. Martin Luther King St. in Tyler.

Officials are still investigating the incident, and lab results have not yet been returned by the FDA.

Foster was later arrested for the third degree felony of conducting an unlicensed medical procedure.
