Tyler, TX — An alleged killer in a 2005 Smith County murder plead guilty today in front of Judge Jack Skeen.
Bryante Denard Gee, 28, pleaded guilty in the 241 District Court and is sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Gee and 24-year-old Terrance Wideman were accused of killing a 19-year old Christopher Horn at Kureshe's Mart in 2005.
Their involvement in the cold case was brought to light after a Broadway Square Mall parking lot shooting in May.
Two men wanted for a 2005 Smith County murder were arraigned Wednesday in the 241st District Court.
The suspects, 27-year-old Bryante Denard Gee and 24-year-old Terrance Wideman, appeared before Judge Jack Skeen at 1 p.m.
Both Gee and Wideman's bail has been set at $1 million.
