New updates today on the fatal shooting of 70 year old Socorro Nunez near downtown Tyler. Police say Alice Alvarez Aguilar, the suspected shooter died earlier this morning of a self inflicted gunshot wound.

Police now say that Alice Alvarez Aguilar was behind on her rent to her landlord - Socorro Nunez. Police are still not sure of the motive.
