UPDATE: Man charged with intoxicated manslaughter following fatal weekend wreck
Tyler, Texas (Fox 51) — UPDATE (Feb. 18th, 11:00am): The man invovled in a fatal wreck on Sunday has been arrested on Intoxicated Manslaughter charges.
Tyler Police arrested Ramon Duran-Ledesma, 22, of Brownsboro, and booked him into the Smith County Jail.
Intoxicated Manslaughter is a 2nd degree felony.
His bond is set at $250,000.
ORIGINAL STORY (Feb. 17th): A fatal car accident occurred early Sunday morning around 1 a.m. near TX-HWY 31 W, and CR 1248 in Tyler.
According to Sgt. Daniel Ricardson from the Tyler Police Department, officers were dispatched to the scene, one of the drivers of the vehicles involved in the crash was dead upon arrival, He was identified as 56-year-old William Craig Little of Tyler.
According to Police, 22-year-old Ramon Duran-Ledesmaof Brownsboro was driving a 2007 Dodge Charger and struck Little from behind in his 2004 Chevrolet Colorado.
Duran-Ledesmaof was uninjured.
Tyler Police are still investigating the crash.
