UPDATE- The man sent to the hospital from a wreck Monday has died.

The wreck happened off Highway 69 and Walnut Hill Road Monday afternoon.

Officials say Gary Gene Parrish of Blach was driving a van when he failed to control his speed and hit a UPS truck.

Officials also tell us that the driver of the van wasn't wearing a seat belt.
