Update: ETX missing teens found safe in Longview

UPDATE: Harrison County Sheriff’s Office tells Fox 51,  Madeline Apple, and Andrew Hill have been returned to the Heartline facility. An alert citizen notified the facility management at approximately 8:30 PM on January 10, 2013 that the pair was at a convenience store in Longview.

They were contacted by the management of Heartline at the store and voluntarily returned to the facility.
More details will be coming by 9:00 AM when the facility management is in their office.

East Texas authorities are searching for two missing teenagers that dissappeared earlier this week. Madeline Apple, 17, and Andrew Hill, 17, were last seen walking away from Heartlight Ministries in Hallsville on Monday.

They were last seen walking in the general direction of Longview. Madeline is described as a brunette, 5’6” and has a medium build. Andrew is about 5’10” and has a medium build with short dark hair.

Family members believe they are traveling together and headed toward either Longview or Tupelo, Mississippi, which is Andrew's hometown.

Neither teen has money and may be soliciting rides on major roadways. Heartlight Ministries is a general behavioral center and is not a locked-down facility.
