TYLER — Officials with the Tyler Fire Department tell KFXK that residents of Hollytree Rd. heard explosions under the street.
Water has covered the roadway in the area of Hollytree Rd. and Creekside Dr., and here are holes in the road where an 8 inch pipe burst at about 2:30 p.m. on Thursday.
