Tyler Police look for peeping tom in Kohl's department store

TYLER — On Friday June 3, 2011 at 11:28 a.m. Tyler Police responded to Kohl’s Department Store located at 7715 S. Broadway in reference to a suspicious person.

Officers made contact with store security personnel who had witnessed a Hispanic male taking pictures of two very young females. The Hispanic male used his cell phone to covertly take pictures under the skirts of the females. After taking the pictures the suspect went to another isle of the store and exposed himself. Store security attempted to make contact with the suspect but he ran out of the store. He ran to a blue four door car with a partial license plate number of K69C and drove away. The two very young girls left the store not knowing that the suspect had taken the pictures.

Anyone with information about the suspect involved in this crime is urged to contact the Tyler Police Department, at 903-531-1000, or Crimestoppers, at 903-597-CUFF (903-597-2833). Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspects in this case, or any, felony case.
