Tyler Police need your help in identifying two burglars that stole items from two separate locations.
The men are described as Hispanic males, in their late teens to early 20’s, who were last seen driving a light brown or gold older model mini-van.
On Monday at around 10:30 a.m., a witness walking in the 1100 block of E. Watkins Street heard two loud bangs coming from a residence. The witness stopped to look and saw two men carrying a large TV from the rear of the house heading toward their vehicle. The witness yelled at them, causing them to drop the TV and flee in their vehicle.
Officers also investigated a burglary later in the 2700 block of Pollard, not far from Watkins Street
The buglars took numerous electronic items, jewelry and cash.
In both burglaries, the men kicked in doors to gain entry and authorities believe that the pair is responsible for several burglaries over the past several weeks.
Tyler police ask everyone to mark or record your electronic item serial numbers and photograph all items of value. Report any suspicious activity that you observe in your neighborhood immediately to police and write down any license plate information of suspicious vehicles.
If you have any information about the two suspects above please contact Tyler police or call Crime Stoppers.
