Tyler, TX — Steven Webb has been arrested for stabbing a man in his face and hand.

The victim, a 48-year-old man told Tyler Police that he was stabbed at a residence in the 500 block of North Moore before he walked to a pay phone and called for help.

Steven Webb has been arrested and booked in the Smith County Jail for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The victim was treated at ETMC for serious injuries
