Tyler, TX — A KETK reporter says the man is no longer on the roof and is in custody of Tyler police.

 Police were able to talk Glenn down from the roof.

Tyler, TX — Police say 40-year-old Markus Earl Glenn has been on the roof since just before 10:30 a.m.

Glenn was originally stopped by police for a pedestrian stop, then police found he had a crack pipe. That's when he evaded police by climbing on top of a building.
 

Tyler, TX — Tyler police tell KETK a man is on the roof of a building avoiding arrest.

Officers say the scene is at Trezevant Street and Tenneha Avenue in north Tyler.
