A tsunami warning remains in place this morning for Indonesia after two strong quakes struck off the country's coast. So far, there have been no reports of a tsunami generated by the 8.7 and 8.2 quakes.
Tsunami warnings are also in effect in Thailand and India. The entire Indian ocean is under a tsunami watch.
The quake did knock out power in Indonesia's Aceh province, the closest land to the quakes' epicenter. The quake hit in the same region as the devastating 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami. That earthquake killed 230,000 people.
