UPDATE: All lights are now up and running.

A blown transformer has resulted in numerous traffic lights going out in Tyler.

Tyler Police tell Fox 51 the traffic lights located at the intersections of N. Beckham Ave. @ E. Lines St. , N. Broadway Ave. @ W. Gentry PK and many of the smaller intersections located around Tyler’s square are not working. 

Stop signs have been placed at N. Beckham Ave. @ E. Lines St. and N. Broadway Ave. @ W. Gentry PK to help with traffic flow. 

It is unknown when the traffic lights will be operating correctly.
