Tyler, tx — The Tyler Junior College will be conducting an active shooter drill on campus for most of Wednesday morning.
According to a release on their website, the training exercise will take place inside Louise H. and Joseph Z. Ornelas Residential Complex, Building B and on the TJC Main campus.
The drill will begin with pre-training meetings at 8:30 a.m. and commence at 9:30 a.m. Training will end around noon.
Do not be alarmed if you notice campus police in an alert manner. No students, faculty or staff will be involved in the training scenarios.
