Texas most wanted fugitive arrested in California

A Texas Most Wanted fugitive has been arrested in California.

Ricco Leo Torres, 33, is a top 10 Texas Most Wanted Fugitive and Barrio Azteca gang member. He is now in custody after being arrested on Tuesday in California.

Torres was wanted for the felony of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. He also has a violent criminal history including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and 13 arrests since 1997.

A series of tips were received by El Paso Crime Stoppers and led investigators to Corona, CA where Torres was later arrested by California based U.S. Marshals.
