A Lufkin Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission agent filed warrants on three Lufkin men allegedly selling alcohol illegally.

Following an investigation by TABC, Club Play by Play co-owners Thomas Albrice III, 50, and Hubert Oliver Morgan, 44, and another man selling alcohol out of his home, Luis Cisneros, 57, were taken into custody. Cisneros became a person of interest to TABC after a drunk driving accident killed Corrigan school teacher Connie McKay earlier this year. The driver of the car who killed McKay, Leobardo Nieves, 20, allegedly bought beer from Cisneros the night of the accident, according to information TABC received from Lufkin Police.

“Anytime there is an accident involving alcohol, we try to track it back to the source,” TABC agent Joey Davidson said. “We conducted an investigation where undercover agents went in and attempted to purchase alcohol. They were successful in doing so.”
