Tyler,TX (KFXK) — CH2M Hill, the engineering company running the project, has tentatively set a date and time for Segment 3B, connecting Toll 49 to Interstate 20, to open.

At around 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, CH2M Hill says they will remove barricades on 49 to allow traffic to flow making the connection to I-20 available.

CH2M Hill will move the barriers from north to south first, then remove them from east to west.
