Red Cross of Smith County sending workers to assist Colorado flood victims

According to the Smith County Red Cross they are sending two people to Colorado to assists victims of the flooding.

The Red Cross was caring for 1000 people in 24 shelters across Colorado, Thursday night.

250 workers were on the ground, and there are more coming in from other states. There will be 15-20 from North Texas and two from East Texas.

They also have Red Cross teams at the Boulder Airport running a reception center to help people who are airlifted from their homes.
