An estimated 800 job-seekers showed up at today's annual Veteran focused job fair over a course of just 4 hours.
A representative with the fair said it's probably the best turnout they've had in 10 years.
Today's fair was open to Veterans as well as the general public.
Employers, training institutions and military organizations set up to recruit.
Today's job fair is all part of the Veterans Appreciation Week that kicked off this past Sunday.
There are an estimated 18-thousand veterans in Smith County alone and 9 to 10 thousand in Gregg County.
