NACOGDOCHES COUNTY — An arrest has been made in an Etoile burglary that happened back on February 25.
Constable Jason Bridges says his office was able to link the suspect, 24-year old Anthony Wayne Jones, to the burglary by various long distance phone calls that were made from the house. Bridges believes the suspect may have entered the residence more than once and made several calls once inside. Items were also taken from the home.
Through phone records, officials were able to track those phone calls down to different locations  in Corrigan, which led to identify of the suspect and a warrant was issued for Jones arrest.
Jones was arrested by the Polk County Sheriff Office on March 2 for a probation violation for the offense of burglary.
A hold was placed on Jones at the Polk County Jail and he will be transferred back to Nacogdoches County when he is released in Polk County.
Nacogdoches County constables are also investigating several other calls that have happened in the Morgan Cove area during that time in February that Jones is a suspect. More charges may be added
