No arrest made after fatal Gregg County stabbing

Gregg County Sheriff’s deputies hadn’t made any arrests but said they have identified a so-called person of interest in the Monday morning stabbing death of a Kilgore man.

Deputies found Jeremy Dewayne Miller, 27, suffering from a serious injury to his abdomen when they answered an aggravated assault call about 2 a.m., in the 600 block of McQueen Road, between Kilgore and Sabine.
