Nacogdoches authorities investigating cattle theft

The Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office and Texas and Southwest Cattle Raisers Association are investigating the theft of over 20 head of cattle which were stolen from the Nacogdoches Livestock Exchange between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 6 a.m. Thursday.

Anyone who may have seen a large gooseneck-type trailer loaded with cattle leaving the Livestock Exchange in the 3800 block of Northwest Stallings Drive during those hours is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office or Crime Stoppers at (936) 560-4636 or visit
