An argument about a tattoo led to a pedestrian hit and run early Wednesday morning.
Tyler Police tell Fox 51, the incident happened at the 13th Step Tattoo parlor located on the 2000 block of E Fifth St., around 1:50 a.m. on June 27.

That's where witnesses told police that a man identified as 33 year old Roderick Lattrete Brazzle, of Longview, had met a woman at the tattoo business around 1:45 a.m. to assist her with getting a tattoo.
Brazzle and the owner of the business had got into an argument while discussing the details of the tattoo.

Brazzle and the owner, 31 year old Herman Boles, stepped outside the building, where Boles pushed Brazzle and told him to leave the business.
Brazzle got into his vehicle, a Hummer H3, and drove it towards Boles and two other persons standing in front of the tattoo parlor.
Brazzle ran over three victims and hit the front of the building before driving away.
Police found Brazzle a short time later at Loop 323 and Hwy. 31 East in his vehicle.
Brazzle was arrested, charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon (his vehicle), and booked into the Smith County Jail.
The victims were identified as Herman Boles, 26 year old Brandi Baker, and 24 year old Fransico Carrillo.
Baker and Carrillo were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
This is the same tattoo parlor that was involved in a drive-by shooting back in December.
