San Antonio, TX (KENS) — A 19-year-old was racing another driver Tuesday in San Antonio when he crashed through a concrete barrier and plunged off the fifth level of a parking garage.

The driver survived after the car fell nearly 50 feet and landed upside down.

Police say charges are pending against both drivers.
