Longview Police have arrested two men, and may arrest another person in connection to the April 10th robbery of a Longview convenience store.

On April 10, 2012 at 4:44 a.m., officers responded to a robbery at the EZ Mart located at 1910 Judson Road.

When officers arrived they found the clerk very disoriented.

After reviewing the store video, officers determined that a black male and a black female entered the store and spoke with the clerk.

The black female distracted the clerk allowing time for the black male to get behind the clerk and he struck her on the back of the head knocking her down.

While she was unconscious, the suspects took the cash drawer from the register and a large amount of cigarettes.

They fled the store prior to officer’s arrival.

Detectives working this case have made two arrests, and they anticipate the arrest of another individual.

Drew Antonio Davis, 26, and James Alexander Coombs 36, both of Longview were charged with Robbery F/2 and are both currently being held in the Gregg County Jail.
