NACOGDOCHES — Nacogdoches authorities have located what is suspected of being material from the Space Shuttle Columbia in the northern end of Lake Nacogdoches.

lufkin — Two separate semi accidents occurred Friday morning in East Texas. The first involved a logging truck and a van at State Highway 7 and U.S. Highway 69 North.

SMITH COUNTY — Officials on the scene tell KFXK downed power lines caused the fire on Loop 49. The exit at Old Jacksonville is being closed due to poor visibility on 49.

SMITH COUNTY — Smith County Constables chase a naked man into the streets of Tyler Thursday night. Tyler Police tell KFXK, a Constable responded to criminal trespassing call at Liberty Arms Apartments in Smith County.
