Tyler Civic Theatre’s Summer Musical, BYE, BYE BIRDIE, will open on Thursday, July 19, with performances on July 19-22 and 26-29. Thursday through Saturday performances are at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2:30 p.m.
