A infant has been recovered safely after a van was stolen from a Gilmer gas station Wednesday afternoon. According to the Gilmer Police Department, the vehicle was taken at the Texaco store on Highway 271 at around 12:30 p.m.

Tyler intersection closed Wednesday for street rehabilitation

The intersection of Fleishel Ave. and Travis Street will be closed for street rehabilitation on Wednesday, Nov. 21 from 8 a.m.-noon. Traffic will be reduced to one lane with delays. Drivers are advised to plan alternative routes.
