A Beaumont man has pleaded guilty to child pornography violations in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney John M. Bales today.

A Lufkin woman was arrested, Monday, after hitting her dad with a cake pan. According to Sergeant Mike Shurley, Lena Trapp, came home from work when her dad was getting a piece of cake out of a cake pan in the kitchen.

 At least 15 people were injured in a stabbing incident Tuesday morning at Lone Star College's CyFair campus in the Houston area, according to Robert Rasa, spokesman for the CyFair Volunteer Fire Department.
