Fire officials are en route to a structure and grass fire in Smith County. It happened around 2:15 p.m. in the 11000 block of County Road 2767.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office has released an autopsy report on a Gregg County inmate who died last week. Debra Ingram Duffie, 52, died at a Longview hospital after being transferred from the jail.
