TEXAS — Yesterday Texas Forest Service responded to 26 fires for 874 acres. So far today there have been 5 requests for assistance from Texas Forest Service (TFS) resources.

UPDATE: Stove fire gives homeowners a scare

TYLER — Tyler firefighters were called to a house fire Friday morning after a fire broke out on a stove. Fire officials say the homeowners were able to put the fire out by the time they arrived on scene.
