Rusk County burn ban lifted

According to Rusk County Judge, Joel Hale, the Rusk County burn ban has been lifted. Due to the recent rain this week the burn ban has been canceled.

Multiple wrecks on I-20 causing traffic to back up

Traffic is backed up on Interstate 20 after an 18-wheeler wreck. Smith County DPS tells KETK it happened earlier this evening on Interstate 20 at mile marker 571 westbound.
