Federal authorities searched the home of a Texas man in connection with threatening letters sent to President Obama and the Mayor of New York.
Preliminary tests on the two letters tested positive for the deadly poison ricin.
Early Saturday morning at 1:35 a.m., officers were called to the 900 block of Cottonwood Circle located in the Cottonwood Trailer Park for a male suspect that had discharged a firearm into the air and was thinking of killing himself.
Late Friday night at 11:35 p.m. officers with Tyler Police Department were called to a robbery at the Rite Track Valero gas station located at 1700 block of East Gentry Parkway.
