CPS: There were 3 kids at cockfighting bust in Smith County

TYLER - According to Child Protective Services, three children, ages 16, 12 and 7 were at the alleged cockfighting ring bust Friday night in Smith County. CPS believes the children's mothers had no idea where their kids were at the time.
