Lindale woman, daughters die in fiery I-20 wreck
A Lindale woman and her three daughters died in a fiery wrong-way wreck near Dallas overnight, according to Mesquite Police.
It happened around 11:30 pm on Interstate 20 in Mesquite.
Police say Krystle Carranza, 27, of Lindale was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes when she slammed into an SUV. Carranza's three daughters were in the truck with her. All four died at the scene.
The driver of the SUV also died. His name has not been released.
The trooper had attempted to pull Carranza over just before the wreck but was unsuccessful.
