Kilgore man was arrested just before 6 p.m. on Tuesday after Texas Department of Public Safety troopers said he drove drunk with three children in the car.
Jose Antonio Cordova, 40, drove off the road several times and then directly into oncoming traffic near Texas 31 in Kilgore.
