TEXAS — The Texas House of Representatives will decide if concealed license holders can take a handgun onto their employer's property, as long as it's locked, inside their vehicle.
However, private business owners against the bill say it protects the individual, but wouldn't protect them from being held liable if the gun accidently injured someone in their parking lot.
But according to the bill's civil immunity clause, that may not be the case.
