Hotel guest allegedly raped by employees
Cleveland, OH — A guest at the Hampton Inn in downtown Cleveland was allegedly raped by two hotel employees last May.
Police say the woman was staying at the Hampton Inn for a bachelorette party. She says the employees–a security guard and a valet–kept visiting her room to "check up" on her, and attacked her after falling asleep.
According to the police report, the security guard was still wearing his uniform at the time of the attack.
The men, Kevin Kozieracki and Solomon Baba, have since been indicted on rape and kidnapping charges, as well as a burglary and trespassing in a habitation when a person is present.
Their pre-trial is scheduled for July 5th.
