Fuel frustrations continue

The fighting in Libya continues to increase our fuel frustrations.

The Libyan rebels say they will not produce any oil for at least a month as they repair oil feilds damaged in the fighting.

Fighting between Moammar Kadafi's forces and the rebels have shutdown almost all of the OPEC Nation's 1.6-million barrels a day. The fighting also contributed to a 34-percent gain in oil prices since mid-February.

A barrel of oil is now $112.29.
