Tuesday, October 29, 2013 - 10:26am

On November 1, the Family Crisis Center of East Texas invites you to join us as we kick of the holiday season with our annual Christmas Extravaganza. The Christmas Extravaganza will continue through Christmas Eve day at our Thrift Store locations in Lufkin and Nacogdoches. All throughout the day, stop by either location and receive free cookies, donated by Whataburger, and juice.

Plus, you will be able to shop a variety of Christmas decor items including Christmas trees, ornaments, garland, stockings, and more. “This sale provides shoppers the opportunity to decorate their homes, workplaces and schools, while remaining within their budget,” said Lisa Jackman, Thrift Store Operations Manager. “Proceeds from sales assist the Family Crisis Center in continuing its mission of serving victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.” The Family Crisis Center Thrift Store has two convenient locations in both Nacogdoches and Lufkin.

The Women’s Shelter Thrift Store, located at 4610 North Street Suite 101 in Nacogdoches, can be reached by telephone at (936) 569-1494. The Family Crisis Center Thrift Store, located at 501E S.
