A former substitute teacher at Harmony High School pleaded guilty Friday to having an improper relationship between educator and student.

Judy Lynn Langford will be sentenced Feb. 28, said Upshur County District Attorney Billy Byrd.

Langford, 35, admitted to having sexual relations with a 15-year-old boy in November 2011, Byrd said.

The case had been scheduled for a jury trial Monday.

Langford is free from jail on $60,000 bond and is banned from Harmony ISD property except to pick up her children from school, Byrd said.
