ETX man arrested for theft, forgery
Longview, Texas (FOX 51) — A Longview man is now in jail for theft and forgery.
On Friday, October 4, 2013, James Leroy Frattarola, 46, was arrested by Longview Police for theft or stolen property worth between $1,500 and $20,000.
He was also charged with forgery of a government instrument, money, or securities.
Frattarola was booked into Gregg County Jail under an $11,000 bond.
