Around 8:45 Tuesday night Smith County DPS say there was a three vehicle wreck near mile marker 551.  All traffic was blocked in both Westbound lanes and one person was killed.

DPS tells 81-year-old Albert Singler of Lindale was pronounced dead at the scene.
