Driver jailed, gets $2M bond in fatal hit-and-run

MOUNT PLEASANT — A 21-year-old man is being held on $2 million bond, charged in the hit-and-run death of a 4-year-old Mount Pleasant boy.
Mount Pleasant police also were looking Sunday for a second driver who witnesses said also struck the boy, who was crossing South Jefferson Street with his older cousin about 11 p.m. Saturday.
Edward Joseph Moya, 21, was arrested almost five hours later...
