Dallas, Texas (FOX51) — Dallas Cowboy Josh Brent has been arrested after failing another drug test.
This is the second time Brent has tested positive for Marijuana since he was charged with intoxication manslaughter in connection with a Dec. 8, 2012, car crash that killed teammate and best friend Jerry Brown Jr.
Brown was on the Cowboys practice squad and a college teammate of Brent's.
No bond has been set in this latest incident. Initially Brent was free on a $100,000 bond after being charged in the crash that killed Brown.
