GREGG COUNTY — Four people were taken to a local hospital after a man being chased by police crashed into another vehicle.

Gregg County troopers say the chase began when the man was spotted breaking into a car.

During the chase, the car burglar ran a stop sign and wrecked into another car at the intersection of Annette and Arthur St. in Longview.

Four people were injured in the accident, two are children.
