Amber Alert discontinued: Infant found, alleged kidnapper in custody
STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS (Fox 51) — UPDATE: The Amber Alert for Addalie Grace Christensen has been discontinued after the child was found safe.
The infant was located in Harlington, Texas. The alleged kidnapper is in custody.
Original Report: The Stephenville Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for a missing child.
According to a release, the incident occurred around 10 a.m. on the 1200 block of Kight Street. The child's mother said she had just pulled up to their residence and was unloading another child when a woman snatched her infant from inside the car.
The child is described as a 2-month-old white female wearing a dark blue onesie with red and white stars. The child has a red bow in her hair.
The kidnapper is described as a white female in her late 30’s to early 40’s, 200-300 pounds, with shoulder length light brown or dark blonde hair. The woman's hair is pulled back and she is wearing a black or blue bandanna in her hair. She is also wearing a long sleeve white top that may be a sweat shirt and blue jeans.
The pair was last seen running south in the 1200 Block of N. Kight Street.
There is no known connection between the woman and the mother.
