Tyler, TX — A Tyler police spokesman says both suspects involved in the Broadway Square Mall shooting have been arrested.
24-year-old Terrance Wideman and 27-year-old Bryante Denard turned themselves into an attorneys office in Longview. They are now in custody and being taken to a Gregg County Jail.
Tyler Police Investigators have identified the suspect, involved in the incident where gun fire erupted in the parking lot, of Broadway Square Mall on May 11, 2011, around 6:46 p.m.
The suspect is identified as Terrance Wideman, B/M, 12/02/1986, of Jacksonville, Texas.
The aggravated assault that occurred at the mall is still under investigation.
During the investigation of the mall incident, detectives were able to secure evidence implicating Terrance Wideman as being involved as a getaway driver in the Homicide of Christopher Horn, B/M, age 19.
Horn was shot in the parking lot of Kureshe’s Mart, located at 1118 W. Gentry Pwky, on Thursday, April 7, 2005, around 10:15 p.m.
Horn was transported to East Texas Medical Center where he was pronounced dead from the shooting.
Detectives confirmed that the shooter in the incident is Bryante Denard Gee, B/M, 09/18/1983, of Chapel Hill, Texas.
Arrest Warrants have been issued for both Wideman and Gee for 1st degree Murder.
Bond was set at $1,000,000 each by Judge Kennedy.
Police are seeking information to the whereabouts of both suspects.
They are considered to be Armed and Dangerous.
